We are told to ring at 8 am on the day you need an appointment but there's always a queue of about 15 or more already.!As I have mental illness as well as physical I feel stressed and uncared for by the practice.Also i am now on the Collington practice when I live opposite the Pebsham surgery.!

Excellent service from all the staff that I dealt with.

Being able to book my next 12-weekly Prostap injection immediately after this session would have been helpful. It would save me having to remember to make a booking.
