Felt quite unwell having to wait 55 minutes for my appointment

Could of rebooted me instead of waiting so long

I had a really lovely experience at the surgery. The receptionist was very friendly and Verity, the nurse I had the consultation with, was lovely and went to great lengths to explain how to use the inhalers she prescribed. It was a very good, all round experience. I have another appointment with Verity on February 28th and I’m looking forward to seeing her again. I hope you will pass on my greatful thanks to Verity for me.

Absolutely nothing could have been done better. I really enjoyed the whole appointment.

If I walk to the surgery, rather than phone up, it is easy to get an appointment. The reception was ok though it is a little difficult to talk and hear through the barrier. The nurse was excellent and checked that I understood why I was having a blood test, took blood efficiently and linked the discussion to my other appointments.

Perhaps some form of microphone, speaker might be useful through the receptionist's barrier

I had a preplanned appointment for a blood pressure check so did not liaise with reception. The nurse was great and my appointment was pretty much on time. The communication was very good and I was also offered a pneumonia vaccine which I wasn't aware I was eligible for so that was great to have the vaccination without making another appointment. Overall, very pleased.

Sometimes difficult to get through to make an appointment. With telephone consultations you don't always get to speak to a doctor.
