I received a reminder text to call the surgery to make an appointment for my annual blood pressure check. On calling I was given an appointment at my surgery of choice. I booked in on the screen so did not need to bother the receptionist. I was seen on time. The nurse was very pleasant and efficient. On asking her to check when my blood test was due she found it was imminent so to save us both time she also did the blood test there and then. So that’s me all done for another year I hope.

No complaints whatsoever.

Phoned at 8, engaged for about 15 mins and then queued for about 15 mins for reception who took details of my problem and arranged for referral to triage doctor. I was delighted to receive callback before 9 o'clock and arranged appointment for 10:30 at Collington. In the present climate I considered my pre-appointment procedure and the thorough and caring attention at my consultation to be excellent. Thank you to all concerned.

1. Hanging on to the phone for the next agent...ok but after going from 11 in the queue to 2 and being cut off very frustrating...this has happened on a number of occasions. 18 minutes on phone then cut off another got down to 2 and it just rang with no answer for a further 6 minutes. The reception staff are very helpful and understanding when you get through. 2. I had an excellent consultant with a young doctor who was first class he got another doctor to confer. Sadly the prescription amount is no longer available so Pharmacy could not fill it...only having a larger size

Still trying to get the prescription changed...its Friday I got in touch will lovely receptionist on third attemp..explained the problem about prescription, she emailed the doctor. The pharmacy said it doesn't do this amount only larger tubes...so I am stuck without meds to help after a condition I had had from mid January...trying to self medicate seeking advice from Pharmacy which only increased the condition. I am miserable and in pain. Everyone been helpful but circumstances are against success.
