I’m an ms sufferer who does not sleep so cannot ring at 8am then I am between 12 & 18 in the queue & appointments have all gone. If I book online I usually wait 8 weeks.

I just think more drs are needed.

Getting through is the most difficult thing, it's quite frustrating, but that soon goes because staff are nice and helpful.
