From phone call through to appointment following day with Paramedic Practitioner, Lee, I had a very good service. Reception were friendly and Lee helpful explaining what the problem was (sciatica, which I also had the year before). He could see I was in a lot of pain. I was examined by PP Lee and he discussed stronger medication with doctor and I obtained this within 2hrs. (Boots @ Ravenside quick too). Due to renal medicines it is very difficult for staff to prescribe medication, the staff are very helpful knowing I have a long term condition. No complaints at all about your services. Thank you.

Service was good once I got through to reception, which took 47 minutes in the queue. This was after several attempts the day before. I think as you now have only one phone number for all 4 practices, it is harder to get through. When it was one number with Pebsham, a lot easier. Only problem with Collington is the parking which I understand there is not the space. Fortunately I managed to get on the Disabled bay, I wouldn’t have made it to the surgery walking from Terminus Road with the pain I was, am still, in.

Very difficult to get appointments as I tried for days . When you work full time and only have 2 days off a week it's frustrating trying to get through .nor sure but as

Not sure. Should be a system where people who work full time get some sort of evening or weekend appointments.

Getting appointments is tricky x appointment at pebsham was gd just wish getting appointment was easier

Dr was running 45 min late but was informed some people where cross I just understand that something must have happened. Dr was having walk to get patients maybe it save time if board to say who to which room was working save Dr having come out
