Took a long time waiting to get through on the phone Receptionist helpful managed my expectations Text to confirm a clinician would call me Clinician called me when promised asked me to call in to surgery for examination confirmed anti biotics needed and discussed other issues very helpful

Saturday morning in Pebsham Surgery with Dr Kocchar to have 2 cancerous lesions removed. Excellent service and treatment: Doctor and nurse were very attentive and considerate. Very little waiting time, in and out in & 40 minutes. I feel my illness has been handled expeditiously throughout fro 1st appointment with Kocchar to treatment only 3 weeks. We'll done everyone involved!

The doctor gave me all the information I needed. Explained the process. She dealt with me quickly. I had the procedure at a convenient time with support from the nurse. It was quick and painless. Again, I was always informed what was happening.

Nothing. Doctor was kind when I seemed worried and very reassuring when I needed it

Appt with Paramedic pract went well, then I was about to leave the computer flashed up that I had chronic kidney disease based on a blood test 3 yes ago! Why hadn't I heard of this before, and still not sure about going on stations. Would like to chat about that again

When making an appointment I would like to be able to ask about more than one thing, especially if I feel they may be related.
