The triage list usually closes at midday and it took a week to have a blood test.

I’m not sure it’s the surgery’s fault that the village has grown and it’s struggling to cope with the influx of new patients.

Try to book on nhs app - only telephone appointments and week(s) in advance. A while ago my husband had worries about his pacemaker on a Friday, phoned surgery during opening hours - no doctors available as they had no appointments booked so they went home.

A GP should have been available until surgery closing time

Appointment system is abysmal 20 minutes plus waiting to be told no appointment,needs a radical overhaul,What happened to Doctor Patient confidentiality I for one am not going to discuss my personal medical requirements with a receptionist.
