Can wait on the phone for up to half an hour to even get through to the receptionist

I was initially told by the receptionist that my blood results were fine and reluctant to give me a consultation with a GP After insisting to speak to GP he advised me I needed further changes to treatment as blood results were out of range Therefore receptionists should not be advising on medical issues

Very difficult process to get to speak with a doctor. Long waiting times on the phone and the list for the day can close before you get a chance

I was able to book the appointment relatively easily. The appointment was punctual and very efficient. The nurse was friendly and considerate and took blood without bruising and pain. Many thanks.

Online booking would be better as this would free up the phonelines and be more efficient.

I phoned to discuss menopause issues that are causing me insomnia, flushes, depression, increased anxiety, no option discussed just straight to HRT, prescribed meds and on receiving bad concerns as states not to be used if had PE or thrombosis and I’ve had both, Rabg back to double check and a pharmacist advised me ok to use however she had concerns and had messaged gp, not heard anything since.

To actually discuss many options whether natural or medical
