I wonder how my dad would cope with the competition for getting appointments when you only deal with a set amount of people a day. It seems to me that pressing a button to go through to one service and then sometimes a second button to go through to a receptionist before you can be spoken to by a nurse or clinician seems a waste of time why don't we just cut out their receptionist

I think your receptionists should be seen clearly and not partly hid by a computer screen

I had a blood test with Lucy and she was very kind and made me feel completely at ease and relaxed

I my most recent visit I was totally satisfied. I came for a blood test and was seen promptly at my appointment time. The young lady was very friendly and informative and the blòod taken with the minimum of fuss. Unfortunately I forgot to take a QE psi blood test form with me, but returned a short time later when the young lady promptly did the test sample there and then.

Don't think I can contribute much to this question. I was more than happy with my experience and was even given access to the male toilet on the way out!

Staff always pleasant and helpful and professional, not easy to get appointment with a doctor but I understand the difficulties all surgery’s are going through at the moment and have always found nurses and medical more then capable of dealing with my problems

Can’t think of anything accept more doctors but understand this is a nationwide problem
