I booked my first appointment (covid booster) using a link in my invite text. This was easy to use, and my appointment took place on time, and the nurse was friendly and efficient. My 2nd appointment was booked through the phlebotomist at a previous appointment, so again very easy, and during the appointment, Nicola was friendly, and professional.

I have tried to get an appointment toee a doctor for about 2 months now and can't never get one
