I see a Nurse on a 2 weekly basis for weight and blood pressure checks and she is always friendly and has time for me and I feel .y appointment is not rushed

I have been asking about results of recent things I have had done and had they been sent down to Portsmouth Hospital who had requested the information and did not get an answer so had to phone Portsmouth Hospital to find out my answers The secretary's did not get back to me after me asking several times

I don't mind the triage system/call back. Often an appointment will be made for a face to face consultation with a clinician if required. The Practice has improved greatly over the past year.

Perhaps more receptionists would be a bonus as often it takes a while to get through especially on a Monday morning. I try to avoid this day and time.

This time I simply went for a blood test, very quick and efficient, nurse very pleasant and helpful. Surgery clean, very quiet and empty, always surprising for 9.30 in the morning.

I do think it would be better to get test results from someone who is medically trained, so if there is an abnormality they are able to explain what this means. Too much emphasis on phone calls and not enough options for seeing someone.

I call and they are very helpful and try to arrange everything as soon as poss8ble

No I was very happy just wish the phone lines were a bit more fast as you are on hold a long time before you actually speak to someone

The visit I had on the 14th September was for my annual checkup. As always I received excellent attention.

I always find on my visits I receive excellent treatment.
