Phoned and and explained my problem to the receptionist who was vey helpful got put put through to a nurse practitioner who again was very helpful had face to face and a ECG the same day

Phoned and explained problem, had a call back within twenty mins, appointment booked for the following day at a suitable time. Practitioner was lovely. Follow up appointment booked immediately for next week.

Usually when you phone you are held in a queue. When answered they do answer the problem is dealt quickly by the operator

This was a routine blood test but there doesn’t seem to be any connection between different areas of care, I had taken 7 days blood pressure readings as requested but was told they were elevated and required 24 hour monitor fitted, which was a surprise as they were good for me but was told to make an appointment for this, when I rang to make said appointment expressed my surprise that i needed this fitted, nurse went to check with clinical staff and then said no it was fine and didn’t need this. Blood test was fine. Whether surgery was getting prepared for decorating, I don’t know but it looked scruffy and dirty with scuff marks on all the walls where posters had been removed

Better communication between different areas of care. Would be nice to feel someone cared about us as it used to be

Yes everything was good but only needed a face to face routine check and had bloods taken etc but no problems at all. When needing a Drs appointment you used to see your own Dr but that hasn’t happened as Drs do not seem to stay long. You had confidence that they knew you and your condition.

Would like to see your own GP as felt you had confidence in them as my Dr was fantastic in knowing you and your condition.
