Making appointments in advance is easier than on the day. Blood tests and repeat medical appointments are easily booked but using NHS app is better than trying to ring. Staff friendly and on time.

Very hard to get an appointment which is frustrating. It would be helpful if you could ring up and make a routine appointment for a date in the future. I have received great care from all the nurses/sisters that I have seen. I have to attend everyday at the moment for wound dressing change and they have been great.

Nothing, the treatment I received was excellent .

Hard at times due to heavy volume of people trying to make appointments. Accept that is the case Probably need more receptionists Only a suggestion not a criticism
