My appointment was for a blood test. The young lady who took the blood was very pleasant and friendly and I hope she carries on the good work.

Phoned spoke to a helpful receptionist who put me through to a nurse practitioner who was very understanding explained my symptoms had a face to face and a ECG on the same day could not ask for a better service
