The arrangements to get to see a doctor usually deter me from even trying. As there are only 3 doctors to cover (presumably) thousands of patients perhaps that is the idea.

For my flu and COVID vaccination - nothing. It all went very well.

It takes to long to get through and when you do all appointments have gone or the receptionist try to tell you what best for you or it's a phone call and how can you tell someone over the phone what is wrong

Answer phone's quicker and get an appointment with doctor

I attended the surgery for my covid and flu vaccinations. Dr Smith and her colleague were very professional and efficient. Also very friendly, and easy to talk to. I was back in the waiting area donning my coat in no time at all. A very slick procedure with no complaints whatsoever.
