No probs what so ever
Getting appointment is a total disaster, I try to hang on as long as possible and then probably make my symptoms worse. To give my symptoms to a non medical person to me is wrong, I thought only doctors should know my medical problems.Do the receptionists discuss problems with other's. Also takes to long on the telephone,70 minutes being the worst.
Lucy the Nurse took great care of my wife and I with our inoculations for our next trip she explained everything to us both very comforting no fuss and no bother. Also a big shout out to Lisa who gave my wife and I our Flu jabs always very pleasing to see Lisa always has a smile for you, It takes only minutes and not hours Lisa / Lucy are a credit to your surgery..
The appointment process is awful. Unfortunately the receptionists just don't listen to everything and they make a decision where it should be a healthcare professional. People may be worried when calling into the surgery and the receptionist have no empathy. They just ask answer and that's it. They need to think about patients as people rather than be so robotic. However the doctors are always so good once you actually get to the point of seeing someone.
It is extremely difficult to get an appointment.
I feel it is very difficult to be involved enough in decisions of treatment with just a call back.
