Have to wait for a long time to get an answer & a few weeks ago was number 1 in the queue for ages &was then cut off . But we understand how difficult things are now & on the whole the Surgery does a good job. Also the dispensary staff are excellent.
I had major surgery on my back two weeks ago, and I had run short on my liquid morphine. I asked the in house dispensary if it would be possible for me to have a little more, while I’m healing. Dr Hockley rang me to talk through my surgery and to find out how I was doing. After a good conversation which I felt to be very comforting, I was able to collect a further prescription all on the same day. Just brilliant
No people to answer the phone
Too many options to go through just to talk to someone - no worse than any others these days though. A modern curse!
I rang early morning to either get an appointment or to speak to a doctor or nurse and they got a nurse to call me back after triage. I had dermatitis to my hands and after a few questions a prescription was arranged for me to pick up 30 minutes later. I hear all the time people complaining about not being able to get an appointment or a return call but I have never had any problems with this surgery since I joined back in 2016. Very pleased with every aspect of their service. Thank you for all you do.
