The receptionist was quick at answering and saying we would get a callback. The dr who called & who we spoke to said she was a dermatologist and this helped massively due to the reason for our call. She said she would do a follow up call in 2 days which she did so I appreciated that and got more advice and treatment off her today for my daughter so all I can say is thank you and it was a good experience today.

In this instance was able to get the needed initial telephone appointment call back within 1 hour with minimal hold time on first call (mid afternoon)

Polite and helpful receptionist, clean surroundings and a lovely natural talking pract itioner. Explained everything in easy terms.

Making appointments takes far to long,it's infuriating at times, 50 minutes is my longest wait.

This was the first time I had been as early as number 6 in the phone queue....so that was good! A very helpful doctor called me a little later, following it up with a surgery appointment at 2.00pm. Wonderful....however, thus is far from my usual experience....hence two stars for last question.

Everything was fine this time.
