The clinician Raith, was excellent. Very competent and professional both on the phone and in his assessment. I was very impressed and had every confidence in what he told me.

I have always had pleasant and helpful treatment by all staff at the surgery. I have had all the help that I have needed even referrals to all nhs services when required.

I don't think anything needs my input as I have always received help when needed .

Had to wait 35 mim on phone then got to caller 2 and voice mail said the numbers have reached the limit please try again later yet i was on mobile phone and got though straight away after only 20min Then having to tell reception what was wrong with me in details what ever happen to patients confdalty The doctor who I saw was lovely helpfull and was very patients

I have had all the help I needed when required and referrals to all the medical tests required. Verysatisfied.
