I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment to see someone. Only quibble would be how long it takes on the phone to get through. All the staff, including the reception team are very helpful and work to a professional, caring and high standard. Our town has grown considerably over the last few years yet I’m always seen to promptly.

I feel the phone system is a problem, especially if you were elderly.

Making an appointment by phone is a long wait, also you cannot make an appointment at the surgery

The surgery is very good, but it’s hard to see a doctor, I’ve had telephone conversations with a doctor but only 1 face to face in the last 12 months. More face to face doctors appointments please

I attended the surgery w/c 26th June and was asked to return on the 3rd July and againn on the 4th July as "Kelly" was concerned with how the treatment was progressing and also arranged for me to see the Nurse for my COPD as she felt I required a stronger Inhaler and once again she was right and she wanted a further blood test from me. All the years I have attended this surgery I have never received the service like I do from Kelly. She is thorough, pleasant always ready to listen. I give her 99% the 1% is I could do with a hug but possibly that is above and beyond the service but I can only keep hoping.
