Text for appointments does not work, I have to go to the surgery to get an appointment, system fails I am told.

I was so pleased with the appointment today Katy the nurse was amazing so helpful and understanding also very kind then I saw Dr Smith she was brilliant I felt really looked after she went through everything with me and really helped it was a very positive experience

I have an on going problem I see Jenna most of the times shes very good i see Lucy occasionally too she very good as well and Lisa the blood lady is very good when I need blood taken plus its stomach easier now its at the surgery best decision they did
