Would love to see it go back to how it used to be before covid but I've always got a telephone call when needed

I find the staff very polite they are really good and have to put up with a lot from ppl having a go at them which I witnessed while there

Husband rang the surgery for me and a doctor rang me back and made an appointment to see me in the afternoon. Doctor was very polite and helpful he explained what was wrong and didn’t feel you were being rushed. A prescription was ordered at the pharmacy in case I need it

I have been feeling very poorly and they saw me as soon as possible and Lucy was very understanding and helped me to sort out my problems with my meds and get me hopefully feeling better and has said she will ring me to check how I'm getting on and if I need anything else to ring and speak to her.

I am happy with my experience.

The receptionists are not always friendly and often unable or unwilling to accommodate simple requests for assistance. Using an arbitrarily imposed set of rules not found at other surgeries.

You could allow patients to make appointments while in Reception. It is irritating to stand and wait for a receptionist to complete a telephone conversation before acknowledging the queue. Two jobs at the same time helps no one.
