I find Clarkson surgery excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient and make me feel welcome and cared for. The pharmacy staff have been excellent over the years. I am very appreciative of the kindness, care and professional attitude of all of the staff.

Absolutely nothing. It's a miracle how well you operate during such difficult times. Thank you so much

I'm a diabetic the new lady who took my bloods was friendly and chatty and there was only a few minutes wait.

The last time I rang to see a doctor I was advised to go to a chemist which I wasn't impressed with, the issue could well be a serious issue. I know some people visit the doctors on a regular basis I can't remember the last time I went to the doctor's or even who my doctor is so for me to be concerned enough to ring is not just on a whim.

A good visit to the surgery with thorough examination.

It still takes some considerable time on the telephone to get through to reception.

I used the messaging system on the NHS app to report a potential medical issue and asked fir a call back. A nurse called the same day. It was a Monday. By Friday I had had blood and urine tests. I often see reviews of Clarkson Surgery that I don’t recognise from my own experience. I have been with the surgery for two years since moving here from another part of the country. I have had nothing but great service from the surgery. Yes I sometimes wait a long time on the phone to speak with someone, but that is the same with many other services I use. In my own opinion based on my experience, all the staff at Clarkson surgery have been fantastic and looked after me extremely well.
