Review
I have been a patient at this surgery for many, many years. In general I have been happy with the quality of the medical advice. Latterly, however, the administration of the practice has been appalling (most notably the telephone service) and the locums employed do not all inspire confidence. The principals at Ritchie St. need to engage in serious introspection leading - hopefully - to a radical reorganisation of the practice.
