St Peter's Street Medical Practice

I have been a patient in this surgery for over 30 years and all the Doctors are good. I recently had a health check and it is great to be offered such service.

Just attended my smear test ! Surgery was dirty , toilet was dirty & curtain that surround the bed was hanging off. It was like being in faulty towers hotel. Awful & when I mention to the nurse she tutted instead of moving to a better cleaner safer room. I have came out in tears so upset by the whole experience. Apparently this was the cleanest surgery the nurse had ever worked in. I’m of an age that I have had loads of smear tests & never experienced such an awful experience! I just hope I do not catch a disease it was that bad !. The nurse was falling over the curtain, no room to move ! Possible the worst medical experience of my life. What has happened to a decent bedside manner & a hygienic environment. I have photos as felt so unhygienic, but for some reason can not upload them
