Park View Surgery

I always find the service quick and professional. I have always got an appointment quickly, sometimes on the same day. The whole staff group are helpful and polite. Dr Rylance is the doctor I see at the Milnthorpe practise. He is a caring, professional and diligent doctor who I always feel gives you time, listens and discusses his findings regarding your ailments and what he believes would be the appropriate and best treatment.

I have never had a problem getting an appointment whenever I have needed one and usually within a very reasonable timeframe at either Milnthorpe or Carnforth. I have always been very satisfied with the the service I have received from all levels of the clinical staff and from the admin staff as well. I trust that this practice will continue as an independent operation.

Best surgery and in Doctor H Wood best doctor I have known

Tried to get an appointment earlier in the year to review an infection that had been seen by urgent care over the weekend as had gotten a lot worse, and the doctor I saw in the centre told me to get it reviewed immediately if it did and my gp said they might be able to get me an appointment this week to speak to someone over the phone, ended up having to go back to the urgent treatment centre and got a specialist referral through there. I have also attempted to get my meningitis, menAWCY, vaccine before leaving for university, something I am entitled to and is recommended I have before going and when I rang up they said "we don't do that anymore, you'll have to go somewhere else for it" I asked another gp surgery if they would do it and they said they couldn't while I'm still registered at this one, or I'll have to go private, which I can not afford to do. Instead I'll be registering at different gp.

Today I was booked in for my smear which I have a huge phobia of! I can go honestly say Stefanie Osborne put my mind at ease, made me feel relaxed! I will definitely not be worried about the next one! Thank you Stefanie and Thank you everyone at park view!

All staff at park view surgery are excellent, respectful, compassionate and attentive/helpful. I would like like to thank all the GP's who have cared for me over recent months. Dr. Julia Smith, very patient and thorough, compassionate and empathetic. Thank you especially to Dr. Hacking would equally compassionate and empathetic. Dealt so promptly with my urgent symptoms last week and therefore safeguarded my health. All GP's and staff at surgery. I could not thank highly enough.
