This surgery was awful before covid! There the same now! Rude unhelpful receptionists! Won’t make appointments over the phone and there website only offers call backs and they never call you back anyway and I’ve had emergency appointments cancelled so had to go to a and e with my toddler! There only saving grace is that fetcham surgery is even worse but oh hang on a minute there the same company! Go figure

3 times had my appointment cancelled. Last one was due to nurse walking out!! Says it all!! Sitting in surgery at the moment, been waiting near an hour. Asked reception if they knew when I was going to be seen and they were extremely unhelpful just saying the nurse going as fast as she can. Another lady who came in after me was called in within 5 minutes of being sat down. I was then told by reception the computers have gone down. This surgery is getting worse. Can’t get appointment when you need one then when you do they cancel it or they run so far behind!!

I found the receptionist VERY unhelpful and curt in manner and eventually deigned to allow me a doctors appointment( much to my surprise)as you have the same chance as winning the lottery as seeing a doctor here When you talk to other patients most would agree that the practice has gone downhill If I was more mobile I would NOT hesitate in changing practice

I cannot thank our wonderful NHS enough for the care I have received recently, and in particular from the Moleridge Practice. We tend to hear only complaints about the NHS and especially GP surgeries and their staff, but this has never been my experience with either the clinical or support team at the Molebridge. They are always very professional and helpful often under great pressure and stress, and go the extra mile to ensure their patients receive the best possible care and attention. Thank you!

I have seen the nurse practitioners and found them very diligent and thorough as well as being very friendly and approachable. I was treated with dignity and would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to share my experience with lovely nurse Lisa. I arrived unexpectedly, having been referred by the pharmacy over the road, and Lisa fitted me into her already packed clinic. She was caring, sympathetic, reassuring - everything in fact that I needed and could possibly have expected. I then saw Dr Florido, who was also caring and sympathetic whilst remaining totally professional. This was definitely my best experience at the surgery in some years.

Was seen initially by a locum doctor. Prescription didn't agree with me. Second visit with Cordelia Ferguson (nurse practitioner) totally different. Full explanation of condition and detailed discussion on how to proceed to recovery. Exceptionally professional in a warm, friendly and caring way. Easier to get an appointment with her rather than actual GP but felt treated in just the same manner. Thank you Cordelia for your advice and help.

I regularly get to see the same doctor who understands my condition.

I rarely visit the doctor, but as a teacher I wanted to make an appointment during my half-term holiday. However, when I telephoned to make an appointment the receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, telling me that people book 6 weeks in advance for school holidays. I explained that we don't always know that we will need to see the doctor 6 weeks in advance. She then advised me to phone each morning to try to get an appointment for that day. I explained that my appointment was not an emergency, therefore I would not be able to have an appointment on the day of phoning. Coincidentally, when I asked to speak to the Practice Manager the receptionist managed to find me an appointment. It would be helpful if appointments could be booked online, then we would not have to speak to the receptionists. Alternatively, the receptionists would benefit from training in how to interact positively with patients. It would also be helpful to those of us who work full time if the Practice was open longer hours, or even at the weekend; maybe on a no appointment basis - first come first served.
