I have been a patient at Kingston Health Centre for five years, and the level of care has been consistently exceptional. The entire team demonstrates a high level of professionalism and empathy, making every interaction feel supportive and personal. What truly sets this surgery apart is their efficiency. They are incredibly responsive to enquiries, and I have found it significantly easier to secure an appointment here compared to other surgeries I have experienced. Furthermore, they are absolutely fabulous in emergency situations. On the occasions I have needed urgent care, the staff have literally gone out of their way to provide help and reassurance. It is a brilliant surgery, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
