Fabulous Practice. Everybody so kind and helpful. Saw a GP then, then 2 days later, a Physio. It is helpful being able to stay with the same GP when the same health condition is being followed up. The Physio carried out a thorough assessment, explained things very clearly and was just so kind and helpful. Thank you.

Today l had an awful experience with a receptionist , in 35 years at this practice l have never been spoken to like this. I was ringing to check up on a referral done by Dr Benton , seen him twice in person regarding the situation. I have NO problem with Dr. Benton who is a great doctor. When speaking to me the receptionist came across as hurried, angry that l was on the phone then in answer to a question l had asked about she said to me " Whatever" in answer. Whatever, is a slang sarcastic word, showing a lack of care and concern. I know the name of this receptionist, however will not put it here, will be looking out for her though, to identify her, as l know most of the receptionists at Canbury. Very sad about this behavior.

get rid of the extremely rude receptionist - most are lovely but this one is letting you down. Does not reflect the in surgery experience at all.

We have been with the Surgery for (13) years & we have ALWAYS received an

Dreadful access- needed to speak to the GP for an urgent prescription for acute pain but was told that could not speak with anyone for 3 days.

I have been registered with this surgery for 3 years and have visited many times after having two children. The Canbury is a lovely family friendly place where the doctors are great as are the nurses and reception staff. Love the new waiting room and the children's area too!
