I feel terrible for friends of mine that are always complaining about never being able to get a GP appointment, because I know there struggle. Before churchil went to an online system we would be on hold for almost an hour to be told there are no appointments much like other people experience with there GP. This is no longer an issue for us though! Not only do I no longer have to wait on hold with the online system but you get a reply within a time frame appropriate to the issue you have. If its for something routine I always have a response with an appointment booked for me by the end of the day - if its something more urgent then I usually get a response within the hour! I've never been told "there are no appointments available" since the system changed and I'm really happy with their service. Their Doctors are all very friendly and understanding and seem to really care about their patients and the reception team are very polite and prompt in getting in touch and triaging you to the appropriate doctor. I literally love my GP.

Its difficult to get through to the operator. takes me 30 minutes in the morning.

After a nasty fall I was treated gently and with expertise. Especial thanks to Jean Acheson, Teresa Sturton and Dr Mummery. One has to phone at 8am to get an appointment- but the phone is then permanently engaged and this can be a problem but the staff do try to find a slot. Many thanks to all.
