Elisa was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my titration. The service she provided included titration-related things that I don't think she had to do, but she did in order to help me out. For example, she provided very clear and detailed guidance on how my being an NHS patient would be different from being a private patient, beyond what I would have expected. I never felt pressured to change a medication dose before I was ready or do anything I was otherwise uncomfortable with. She was particularly helpful when discussing changing medication, something which I definitely needed but didn't quite realise until she suggested that I may benefit from a change. Excellent service provided and clearly works very hard to provide comprehensive support to patients. I very highly recommend her as a pharmacist.

I feel very fortunate to have Elisa help me through my titration period. She has been extremely helpful, informative, professional and clear throughout. I can't fault the service she has provided. I thanked her throughout and I still feel like I haven't been able to let her know how appreciative I am of all of her help. If I could recommend her directly to someone then I would. I have no doubts that people will think the same as myself going forward.

Elisa has been an excellent person to work with during my medication titration as she is very helpful, gives good explanations, and it is clear that she works very hard. I cannot thank Elisa enough for everything she has done for me from the beginning to the (near) end of my titration. There had been a couple issues that I experienced during the process, but Elisa was, again, very attentive and gave clear instruction on how to go about solving said issues. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my prescriber.

Elisa was fantastic from start to finish with my titration process. Always quick to respond, helpful and informative. I didn’t get on with the first set of medication and Elisa was quick to listen to how I felt so they could be altered as soon as she was able to do so. I’m on a dosage and medication that works for me now and I feel so much better day to day and I’m truly grateful. Thanks again, and all the best!

I have had a wonderful experience with Elisa as they have been extremely helpful with finding the right prescription for me. Listening to my worries and helping ease them with amazing communication throughout the whole progress. I felt heard the whole time and taken well care of.
