Menaz is an absolute gem and a credit to Pscyhiatry UK. I want to express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and support she provided. Her respectful and empathetic approach made me feel understood and valued. She was extremely efficient in managing my titration, and that combined with her professional and kind demeanour, truly made a positive impact on my experience. I very much appreciate the time she took to listen to my concerns and the thoughtful manner in which she addressed them and I want to thank her for creating a comfortable and supportive environment that fosters trust and healing.

Menaz was always friendly, knowledgable and happy to listen even if I went off topic. Menaz gave great advice regarding issues I was experiencing with my appetite and listened to my suggestions and involved me in my care as much as possible when appropriate. My encounters with consultants prior to being assigned to Menaz were very average and she stood out as by far the best and most available point of contact I had in over a year of treatment. If I ever needed to come back to Psychiatry-UK I would hope to work with Menaz again.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care and support I have received from Menaz during my titration process. Since my previous prescriber left the business, Menaz has been instrumental in guiding me through my treatment. She has consistently answered all my questions and worked diligently to help me find the right medication tailored to my needs. There have been instances where medication adjustments were challenging, and Menaz has been incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout. Her promptness in responding to my notes is remarkable; I have never waited more than 24 hours for a reply. In fact, over the past hour and a half alone, we have exchanged six or seven notes regarding my medication and symptoms. Menaz is a true asset to Psychiatry UK. She exemplifies kindness, compassion, and extensive knowledge in her field while maintaining utmost professionalism. Menaz is the best perscriber/pharmacist you could ask for. I honestly can't thank her enough for all of her support and care throughout my titration process. She went above and beyond to help me during the medication shortage, and listened to me and supported me as we found the right dose that worked for me. I couldn't have asked for a better perscriber and am really thankful I got Menaz.
