These NHS hubs are marvelous. It was easy to find and parking was very good unlike some of the major centers. The was no receptionist but I had been told to expect that. I signed in on arrival and waited to be seen. My appointment was on time but had it not been there was a contact number on the reception advising me to contact if I had been waiting more than ten minutes. The consultant was pleasant any professional and I left with a very positive feeling that my issues would be resolved

I was treated well by each Physio that I saw.

I might have benefitted from seeing the same Physio all through my treatment. As it was I saw three in all, so a slight lack of continuity.

On time, sound advice, understandable, open ended invite to contact, no pressure to discharge. I particularly liked the notice in the waiting room saying if not seen 10 mins after appt time, speak to reception.

3 week waiting time seemed reasonable.

Maybe have rooms rather than curtained off sections. I could hear distinctly the conversation in the next cubicle, I would rather that my conversation with the physio was more private
