These NHS hubs are marvelous. It was easy to find and parking was very good unlike some of the major centers. The was no receptionist but I had been told to expect that. I signed in on arrival and waited to be seen. My appointment was on time but had it not been there was a contact number on the reception advising me to contact if I had been waiting more than ten minutes. The consultant was pleasant any professional and I left with a very positive feeling that my issues would be resolved
