I attended yesterday for an injury to my chest, [name removed] was just fantastic, so friendly and welcoming with a lovely manner, this put me at ease immediately, I am so impressed with the whole service from start to finish, just a great hospital, would definitely recommend.

Felt more attention given to the cleaning than the patients.

More attention to patients needed, however this seemed to be lack of staff who were spread too thinly.

I was told to come back if things didn’t improve and I felt like I was able to come back and seek further advice. [name removed] took the time to check my symptoms and ask for a second X-ray with me standing /weightbearing which is what helped find the fracture. [name removed] helped fit my boot and gave me excellent care, advice and attention as well as talking through my symptoms. [name removed] was extremely helpful on the phone and when I arrived.

If the first X-ray had covered the angles of the second X-ray I wonder if the fracture could have been seen at that point (2 weeks after injury) and not at 5 weeks.

First attempt the unit was too busy, so I was turned away second attempt…. Good.

Overall care was good.

Overall staff were caring and friendly just one of the staff was abrupt at times.
