I am so grateful for the adhd team.. I done a six week course with you guys really helped me understand my dignoise I also am Medecated this was all done extremely quick and I'm so Greatful as I no I'm just one of many.. I can live a meaningful life now thank you :)

Appointment on time, physiotherapist explained everything very well . Very happy with everything during the appointment.

I had an appointment with thorough, caring, and professional [name removed]. He gave me all the informations I needed and answered all my questions.

Waiting time, for appointments and further treatments, needs to be improved. I have been unable to work for five weeks now loosing my income. Everything has taken much longer than expected and I am still waiting to hear about a date for my injections for frozen shoulders.

staff shortage, expectation of staff reflects on patient treatment.

more staff on duty, one night only two staff to look after patients.

I didn't have the blood test forms sent to me,and I was helped by the receptionist as to where I could get them,I got them and everything went very smoothly for me. I have the greatest respect for all the people that work there. They do their utmost to help the patient's. Thank's to them all.

I was happy with dietary advice - the dietitian was helpful and patient. Communication with the secretary wasn’t as pleasant. She was impatient and very quick to brush me off as I made a phone call from abroad. My appointment was nearly cancelled. I had to swiftly ask to be listened to explain my unusual and not so easy situation to keep my important appointment.

Better communication and more patient and helpful administrators.

My physiotherapist was kind, empathetic and caring. She explained everything thoroughly and followed up on questions by email. I have been so pleased with the outcomes of my treatment. The care i have received in this department has been exemplary. They told me what to expect at the start of treatment and delivered the programme of treatment well. Thank you

On one occasion i had to wait for my appt but that is all. Otherwise, excellent.

More staff is needed as they are rushed of their feet all the time
