I was happy with dietary advice - the dietitian was helpful and patient. Communication with the secretary wasn’t as pleasant. She was impatient and very quick to brush me off as I made a phone call from abroad. My appointment was nearly cancelled. I had to swiftly ask to be listened to explain my unusual and not so easy situation to keep my important appointment.

Better communication and more patient and helpful administrators.
