After my procedure my physio examined me to see what I was able to do and listened to me when I described the pain. She showed me the exercises I needed to do and I can honestly say it’s made such a difference to my lifestyle
I’m very pleased with the care I’ve been given.
Very good appointment, not hurried so time to discuss my problem. Given exercises to do and another visit arranged.
Friendly male physio who asked all the right questions & examined me & got me to some exercises & then gave me a print out of them to continue at home
During my visit I felt being managed, not cared!
I felt my healling to return to normality was not important for the health professionals I have seen. It was mostly their comfort and streamlined routine that mattered to them.
I felt I was a "ball" between practitioners and management which at the time I was under the "holding" of practitioners that decided to make the case to management that more resources are needed.
All the staff at MSK department were all very professional, helpful and friendly. [name removed] is an amazing physiotherapist - he gave me the right exercises and information to help me improve my painful shoulder.
Good food nice place
Very happy to be here and please to be here.
Alright they look after you.
The people and nurses and mental health(the independent ones) are some of the loveliest people I have met and are genuinely here to help
