During my visit I felt being managed, not cared! I felt my healling to return to normality was not important for the health professionals I have seen. It was mostly their comfort and streamlined routine that mattered to them. I felt I was a "ball" between practitioners and management which at the time I was under the "holding" of practitioners that decided to make the case to management that more resources are needed.

Suggested improvements
I will urge all health care personel and particularly the psychiatrists to think what is the consequence of the medical issue for your patient! Are we perhaps a little too full of ourselves? Please don't! A little less arrogance, a bit more punctuality and professionalism. So please stop talking without commiting to when things can take place. e.g. when a particular course of therapy can begin. YOUR patients wellbeing might depend on that. Do you care? I am sure you do but please act accordingly. Not the medical
