The ambulance men are wonderful but they were late.

I had major spinal surgery followed by serious infection so when I visited [name removed] Hopkins at West Berkshire Hospital I was very concerned I would never get back to work. That physiotherapist never gave up on me gave me great advice I did all the exercises she asked me to do. It took time but eventually my arm and neck pain got better now only 20/30 % of what it was, now I’m back to work only 16 hours a week but I’m so proud of my whole team from gap to surgery team to [name removed] Hopkins physio. It has been tough 18 months, but I’m now doing much better. But the person I saw the most was [name removed] and it is her who helped the most I believe.

Maybe have different waiting rooms for X-ray and physio as sometimes area was full with people standing

[name removed] was very patient and made me feel at ease. Having the exercises emailed to me after the appointment was particularly helpful. When I visited practitioners in the past, the exercises were only demonstrated and by the time I came to do them on my own, I had usually forgotten some of them.

Treated with respect and in a timely manner. Gave clear and concise information and guidance. Improvement seen quite quickly due to expertise and knowledge

Polite, respectful physician. Listened and gave clear information regarding the next steps to treatment and investigation.

Nothing springs to mind . As for the following questions, I won't be answering them because... Each person is an individual, regardless of anything else, each person deserves to be treated equally, fairly given the same considerations. No one group should be prioritised or down graded, so therefore you shouldn't need to know ANY of the following questions. (If you are not going to be classifying, marginalising, prioritising or discriminating against any one group )
