Referred by 111, my wife came with a deep cut to her foot. The young lady who treated her was charming and showed exemplary knowledge and skill in dressing the wound and advising on follow up.

More one to one treatment rather than given mediocre exercise sheets

The service at the clinic was excellent

But I am now disappointed to have not received an appointment for my hip. to be X-rayed in order that I can then receive further treatment. The pain is still intense

[name removed] is a proficient, kind, caring professional, who always ensures that I am well received, assessed and tended. She shows compassion and empathy where necessary, and ensures that I understand the nature of my issue, clearly explains the treatment, and also ensures that I am satisfied with the outcome. A credit to her department and profession.

I could nitpick and say that the waiting area always appears busy and a touch cramped, but that would be a little churlish! Nothing really to say regarding doing things better.
