There were lots of issues with our visit communication was poor and as a long standing employee of the trust I observed many members of the public distressed by this. The Dr was unhelpful with poor communication and I totally recognise how busy they were but for a member of the general public been treated by this individual I think they would have found it very disconcerting how uninvested in the care he was giving that he appeared

There were areas for improvement of the care and treatment of patients

A child of about 2 years of age with a gash on their head and bleeding continuously was not seen for approximately 30 minutes and it was only because a doctor saw the child that they were seen. I feel that there was an incorrect priority with the patients as a woman who had something in her eye and “couldn’t wait more than an hour” arrived after the child and was sent home before this child was seen.
I feel this is wrong as the child was in pain and bleeding out and essentially left to their mother when they could have been treated

All the staff, particularly the doctor, were very helpful and provided a great level of care. It was quite humbling.

Late on a Thursday evening I was expecting a very long night but was seen promptly and was back home within 3 and a half-hour

Sent to A&E after being taken off a holiday flight. Short wait between each consulatations, taken straight from triage for ECG. Doctors spent a long time explaining to me and answering my questions and accessing treatment.
Excellent all round .Thank you

As A paramedic with over twenty five years I hope I never have to go through your doors again
Three hours after being brought in by ambulance with chest pain and no treatment or any consultation apart from a three minute ECG I self discharged and when to Wolverhampton heart and lung were I am under further investigation.

Just do something rather than nothing.
At the moment you even do nothing badly.
