There were lots of issues with our visit communication was poor and as a long standing employee of the trust I observed many members of the public distressed by this. The Dr was unhelpful with poor communication and I totally recognise how busy they were but for a member of the general public been treated by this individual I think they would have found it very disconcerting how uninvested in the care he was giving that he appeared
