There were areas for improvement of the care and treatment of patients

A child of about 2 years of age with a gash on their head and bleeding continuously was not seen for approximately 30 minutes and it was only because a doctor saw the child that they were seen. I feel that there was an incorrect priority with the patients as a woman who had something in her eye and “couldn’t wait more than an hour” arrived after the child and was sent home before this child was seen. I feel this is wrong as the child was in pain and bleeding out and essentially left to their mother when they could have been treated
