The staff were outstanding!!! I was treated immediately and my allergies were taken seriously unlike the nightmare male doctor in September

Review of 23 Hour ward

All the nursing and medical staff were courteous, utterly professional and, bearing in mind I had had an operation for bowel cancer and it was the first time I had ever been an in-patient except for having sustained a broken leg some years ago, did their best to reassure me and put me at ease. So much so that while I was in hospital my blood pressure and heart rate was lower than I ever remember it.
Suggested improvements
The meals provided were in no way appropriate for the low fibre, "soft" diet I was required to follow. When I asked what the various dishes contained they could not answer. I survived on a diet of soup, from some of which I had to extract bits of skin and inappropriate vegetables, or jacket potatoes with tuna. None of which was in any appetising.

I could not thank Mr M Mehr and his team Jackie and Haley enough for making my visit to the Lankin suite better than I could have imagined . I suffer with anxiety and they couldn’t have done any more to reassure me , I felt safe in mr Mehr hands , he is such a credit to the nhs . Thank you

Review of Colposcopy Unit - Warwick Hospital

I have been to the Colposcopy unit twice now and all the staff are so kind, understanding and patient. I have never received such wonderful care like I received there. Mr Mehr was especially fantastic and put me at ease. I want to thank all the team for being so amazing!

It was very busy and my waiting time was about 6 hrs. I didn’t haven’t views about this as I was n’t spoken to after I sat down and had no idea what the timing may be. I am 82, live alone and had no idea how I would get home.
I asked and was pointed to the phone and a taxi came after 30mins.
Suggested improvements
I realised that the staff were very busy
so didn’t have high expectations.
Perhaps a nurse or assistant could speak to an older patient to give some assurance and a vague idea of timing.
No complaints in the circumstances!
