Share review of Warwick Hospital

It was very busy and my waiting time was about 6 hrs. I didn’t haven’t views about this as I was n’t spoken to after I sat down and had no idea what the timing may be. I am 82, live alone and had no idea how I would get home. I asked and was pointed to the phone and a taxi came after 30mins.

I realised that the staff were very busy so didn’t have high expectations. Perhaps a nurse or assistant could speak to an older patient to give some assurance and a vague idea of timing. No complaints in the circumstances!
