The nurses were kind, gentle and attentive as well as patient. Friendly and despite being very busy, took the time to acknowledge my existence as a human being. (Gabriella)
The lady who brought in the tea and lunch was both kind and friendly and also deserves to receive acknowledgement and praise (Augustine).

All staff were friendly and empathetic - it was comforting in a potentially scary situation. I have been in other hospital where staff seemed so switched off from the fact that patients were potentially dealing with serious issues and anxious.
Very different, comforting reaction from the team here which I found very encouraging after having lost some faith in the NHS in recent years. So many thanks to the team.
