Saturday 9th sept team were really good
All staff that I encountered, from Reception through to the CT Dept, were courteous and made me feel special.
Some of the questions need Not Applicable as an answer!
Whilst receiving an injection I felt very faint and the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful.
Having staff undertake the scan on a weekend was really appreciated especially since it was the Easter weekend.
Visited today with my Wife for her blood test @10am and Consultants appointment at 11am.
Arrived at 9.40. Checked in at Reception and told to obtain ticket for Blood Test.
38people in front of us finally completed blood test at 11.15.
Complete chaos in this area, spoke to staff and advised to write complaint to let Management know what is going on. Staff reported they had received little or no training on new computer system.

When we were at the Royal Marsden for the first chemotherapy session, everything was very strange and alien to us. The staff were all very reassuring and put us at ease.
We were unsure of how systems work so we were very grateful when my son’s medication was delivered to the ward and the medication was explained to us by a member of the pharmacy team. It continues to be an excellent service and takes away the news to go to pharmacy and wait for the medication.
