The nurses were kind, gentle and attentive as well as patient. Friendly and despite being very busy, took the time to acknowledge my existence as a human being. (Gabriella) The lady who brought in the tea and lunch was both kind and friendly and also deserves to receive acknowledgement and praise (Augustine).
