Lucy our staff nurse was very attentive and informative.
Attended Stanley Cohen with my mother for an appointment with Mt Barry and Amanda O'Connor (breast care nurse)
Offering feedback in good spirit in the hope it might trigger some reflection.
Felt and distinct lack of empathy from Amanda, not particularly warm of friendly and not prepared to receive feedback openly and graciously. Nursing is much more than a job or a process, body language, empathetic response and self- awareness go a long way to improving a patient experience.
Form 1 posted before appointment to fill in.
Friendly receptionists. Extra person/nurse at appointment consultation.
Consultants to read recommendation in reports of prior scans/mammograms and to adjust care plan accordingly. I was sent for another scan/already had 2 done in Feb. Reports indicate yearly fellow up not another scan. NB. All patients to bring drilling gown to consultation undignified to sit on b ed bare breast/no cover.
My care here is very good. I cannot fault it. The doctors and nurses are very kind and helpful.
Excellent care.
All staff were well informed of my care.
Being careful around the pill site, whilst changing the dressing. Waiting time to get treatment could be better.
The staff was approachable and taken good care of me.
I can't remember. I was to young.
